Marine Heat Exchangers
Marine Heat Exchangers, There are three methods employed for water-cooled Marine petrol and diesel engines: direct, heat exchanger and keel cooling. Heat exchanger cooling is the most common method, the sea water being isolated in components that can be designed to withstand its corrosive effect. Ganeshfilter Marine Heat Exchangers are fabricated with the distinctive spiral corrugated tube design. Its compact structure for effective use with high fluid velocities and low-pressure drops. The tube stack is fully floating, thus minimizing thermal stresses, and it can easily be removed should cleaning be necessary. Most Barine heat exchangers are made of cupronickel, stainless steel 316L or titanium which are highly corrosion resistant and therefore suitable for use with seawater.

AIR PRE HEATER
Air pre heaters Air preheater pre-heats (increases the temperature) the air supply to the furnace with the help of hot gases.are heat exchangers to preheat or air heating of the combustion air using flue gas, steam, water, or thermal oil.It is installed between the economizer and the chimney. This type of tubular type air pre-heater consists of a large number of tubes.
Flue gases pass through the tube. Air flows over the tubes. Baffles are provided to pass the air number of times over the tubes. A soot hopper is provided at the bottom to collect the soot.Working of Air Preheaters:In pre heater hot flue gases pass through the tubes of air pre-heater after leaving the boiler or economizer. Atmospheric air is allowed to pass over these tubes. Air and flue gases flow in opposite directions. Baffles are provided in the air pre-heater and the air passes several times over the tubes. Heat is absorbed by the air from the flue gases. This pre-heater air is supplied to the furnace for air combustion.

Hydrocyclone separator
Hydrocyclones are designed in simple structure to be used in the filtration of well water or other water sources containing sand, gravel or particles heavier than the water. Due to simple structure, it is more economic and easy to use relative to other sand separators. Hydrocyclones causes minimum pressure loss in filtration systems and therefore, they operate at maximum efficiency.Hydrocyclones, used as pre filtering element in filtration systems, are provided in single or modular forms which ensure manual or fully automatic cleaning process
In hydrocyclones, parts of dirt with a high specific gravity can be filtered out quite effectively. The liquid is admitted tangentially, which results in a centrifugal flow forcing the dirt parts towards the outer side of the filter. Thereupon the dirt is carried downwards to the collecting tank. The water thus freed from the heavy parts arrives at the centre of the spiral and leaves the filter at the top.

Debris Filter
Ganeshfilter designed Debris filter to effectively prevent macro fouling by fibrous, course and Barine life debris (larger than the selected filter perforation size), by capturing and ejecting all debris in an optimal manner.Debris filter is necessary for the prevention of macro-fouling from debris in cooling water circuits. Debris filters are used in all types of applications where macro fouling of the condenser, heat exchanger, or cooling tower may occur and protection of downstream equipment is essential. The debris filter is housed in a filter shell, flanged to mate with the cooling water lines. When debris buildup creates the critical predetermined differential pressure across the filter, the evacuation sequence is initiated. The valve on the debris evacuation pipe automatically opens and the debris evacuation aparatus is actuated. The differential pressure at the heads creates the vacuum by which all debris is evacuated. The filter continues to clean itself until the monitor indicates a clean condition exists. The rotation of the conduit then is automatically stopped and the valve on the evacuation pipe closed.
