A Duplex configuration is necessary for continuous, uninterrupted 24/7 assembly lines. It integrates parallel filter columns managed via an integrated 3-way valve system, allowing field engineers to securely divert fluid streams and service a spent bag while the alternate column manages full stream capacities without causing system pressure drops or manufacturing stops.
Bag filter architectures are excellent for removing heavy dirt loads, serving as high-volume pre-filters or handling coarse processing streams cost-effectively. Conversely, cartridge systems are chosen for fine finishing, polishing steps, and demanding sub-micron applications requiring extreme absolute-rated particulate capture.
SS 304 offers excellent structural value for standard water systems and mildly reactive media. However, for environments processing highly aggressive chemicals, high chlorides, or demanding food and pharmaceutical products, SS 316L is necessary due to its added molybdenum content, which offers exceptional resistance against pitting and localized cross-weld oxidation.
